See every SKU at every location, with the history behind each number. Scan with your phone in the aisle (it keeps working when the warehouse wifi drops), then count, transfer and print labels without switching tools.
Reorder before you run out
Your real usage gives every item a run-out date, which becomes a suggested order: enough to cover the days you choose, at least the supplier's minimum, in whole cases, priced at the break that quantity reaches. Budgets and spend reports help keep purchasing in check.
Purchasing, from PO to receiving
Raise a PO, get it approved, send it and receive it in parts. Freight, duty and brokerage are added to the unit cost, so the margin you report is the margin you actually made. Supplier invoices are checked against what arrived.
Compliance paperwork
Certificates and test reports are attached to the products they cover and go out with the order as one packet. State packaging rules are versioned, so when a rule changes you get an alert.

Forecasts you can adjust
A lot of systems just use a reorder point you typed in. Ours learns how fast you go through each item, adjusts for season and trend, and lets you override any part of it when you know something the history doesn't.
It learns from real demand
Every Use movement feeds a daily total, and an exponentially weighted average turns that into units per day, so recent days count for more than older ones. Receiving, adjustments, counts and transfers are left out, because none of them is demand.
It adjusts for season and trend
A learned monthly profile scales the rate for the month you're in (think 4/20, the holidays, harvest). A 14-day-against-30-day comparison shows which way demand is heading. If an item doesn't have much history yet, it falls back to a windowed average instead of confidently guessing zero.
It tells you when to order
Stock on hand divided by the rate is your runway. Take off lead time, shipping and your safety days, and you get the last day you can order and still have it arrive before the shelf is empty. The suggested quantity is rounded up to whole cases.
And you can change any of it
The smoothing constant is a platform setting. Lead, shipping, safety and coverage days are set per item, and a fixed reorder point overrides the calculated one. You can also pin a daily rate per item and per location, and the nightly recalculation won't overwrite it.
Every number on the forecasting page is plain arithmetic you can check, so when a suggestion looks off you can see why and change the input.

Anything you order is invoiced by the supplier that ships it. This section is only about the software.

Do I need an account to see prices?
No. Anyone can browse the public catalog without signing in, and products with a published price show it, along with the minimum order. Where you see "Price on request", add the product to your cart with a quantity and we'll quote it. A free account adds pricing, lead times and availability by supplier, plus any pricing agreed specifically with you.
Is there a minimum order?
There's no platform minimum. Minimums come from the factory that makes the product and are shown on the product page. The unit price usually drops at the volume breaks above the minimum, so you can see what ordering more would save before you decide.
Can I get a sample before I commit?
Yes. With a free account you can request one from the product page and follow its status there, or ask for samples through the form below. For a large or custom run it's the sensible first step, and we'd much rather you took it than guessed.
How fast can I get it?
Ask us about any product and we'll tell you. On products where we publish typical lead times, the page adds production and transit together, so you're comparing arrival dates. Products flagged Shipped from USA ship from a domestic warehouse, either for the whole offer or at one of its volume breaks, and that's usually the fastest option on the page. The flag is about where the goods ship from. It says nothing about where they were manufactured.
Can you put my branding on it?
If it's marked Brandable, yes. Send us the artwork and we'll come back with a proof, the minimum for a branded run and the price. Custom work is where our factory relationships matter most, so ask even if the catalog doesn't show quite what you have in mind.
What happens with the compliance paperwork?
Certificates and test reports are attached to the products they cover and go out with your order as one packet, so you're not hunting for a PDF when someone asks for it. State packaging rules are versioned too, and when one changes for a state you sell into, you get an alert.
Do I have to use the inventory software?
No. You can order without ever opening it, and nothing about buying depends on it. If you do want it, you can bring in items, stock, usage history and POS sales by CSV, import CRM companies, contacts and deals from a HubSpot or Salesforce export, and use the REST API and webhooks for everything else.
What if an order arrives wrong?
Start a return on the order. Whatever comes back is restocked, a credit memo is raised against the invoice, and the problem counts against that supplier's score, so a factory that keeps getting it wrong stands out to us as well as to you.
