Built on the VPM.com supply line

Before there was ElloTree, there was VPM.com: the supplier that distributors, brands and filling operations across the country call when the vape side of the business simply has to work. That name was earned the slow way, order by order - picking the factories worth partnering with, standing behind every carton that shipped, and answering the phone when something went sideways. Companies large and small run on that supply line today, from multi-state operators to single-store shops, and plenty of them treat VPM as their entire vape department.

ElloTree is VPM's sister company, and the next chapter of the same story: the same factory partnerships, the same buying power and the same people, delivered through a platform built for how this industry actually buys. Browse the catalog with no account, see every volume break instead of one take-it-or-leave-it number, and order at the pricing years of volume earn - then, if you want it, run your inventory, purchasing and compliance from the same free account.

We are based in the USA. Inventory sits on US shelves for the things you need this week, and comes directly from partner factories overseas for the runs that reward planning ahead. Fast when it has to be fast, factory-priced when it can be - and the trade is yours to choose, order by order.

  • Factory partnerships, not listings. We work with most of the factories in this category directly: long-standing relationships, audited quality, and the best pricing available.
  • Known to companies large and small. From national brands to single-location operations, this supply line has been trusted for years.
  • Fast-paced industry, steady supplier. Hardware generations turn over quickly; our job is having the next one on the shelf before you ask.
  • One platform after the purchase. Orders, inventory, forecasting and compliance documents live in the same free account you buy with.

The best place to find what you are looking for

Vape hardware, packaging and filling equipment is a fast-moving, competitive category. This is what buying it through ElloTree gets you.

🏭

Factory-direct pricing

Partnered with most factories in the space, with the volume history to command the best pricing available, and volume breaks that pass it on.

📦

US inventory, global reach

Stocked in the USA for speed, sourced from partner factories worldwide for price. You choose the trade-off per order.

Compliance-ready

Child-resistant, opaque and state-rule-aware packaging, with certificates and test reports attached to the products they cover.

More than a checkout

A free account adds inventory tracking, reorder forecasting, samples and quotes: the whole supply side of your operation in one place.

Every part of the job, in one free account

Buying the packaging is the easy half. ElloTree is the system that runs everything around it: what you hold, what you are about to run out of, what is on order, what the state requires, and who still owes you money.

📦

Inventory you can defend

Every SKU across every location, with the movement history behind each number. Scan on a phone in the aisle - it keeps working when the warehouse wifi does not - then count, transfer and label without leaving the system.

  • Multi-location
  • Barcode scanning
  • Cycle counts
  • Transfers
  • Lots & expiry
  • Label printing
📈

Reordering before it hurts

Real usage puts a run-out date on every item, and that date becomes a suggested order sized to the supplier minimum and the volume break just above it. Budgets and spend analytics keep the buying honest.

  • Run-out dates
  • Reorder points
  • Order suggestions
  • Standing orders
  • Budgets
  • Spend analytics
🧾

Purchasing, end to end

Raise a PO, route it through approvals, send it, receive it in parts, and land freight, duty and brokerage onto the unit cost - so the margin you report is the margin you got. Supplier invoices reconcile against what actually arrived.

  • Purchase orders
  • Approvals
  • RFQs
  • Receiving
  • Landed cost
  • Reconcile
  • Supplier scores

Compliance that ships with it

Certificates and test reports attach to the products they cover and travel with the order as one packet. State packaging rules are versioned, so a rule change reaches you as an alert rather than as a rejected shipment.

  • COAs & certificates
  • Compliance packets
  • State rules
  • Change alerts
  • Full audit history

The selling side too

Companies, contacts, deals and follow-up tasks sit in the same account as the stock they are about. Quote it, invoice it, take payment online, chase what is late, and process the return when one comes back.

  • CRM & pipeline
  • Quotes
  • Invoices
  • Online payment
  • Statements & dunning
  • Returns / RMA

Made to be lived in

Roles that fit real jobs, saved views per person, jump-to-anything on Ctrl-K, scheduled exports your accountant can read, and an API for everything else. Add it to a phone home screen and it behaves like an app.

  • Roles & permissions
  • Saved views
  • Dashboards & reports
  • Scheduled exports
  • CSV import
  • REST API
  • Webhooks

All of it comes with the free account you order from. There is no separate inventory product to buy, no per-module upsell, and nothing here that needs a call with sales before you can see it.

Forecasting you can actually tune

Most systems hand you a reorder point you typed in yourself. This one learns the rate from what you have actually used, adjusts it for season and trend, and then lets you override any part of it when you know something the history does not.

It learns from real demand

Every Use movement feeds a daily rollup, and an exponentially weighted average turns that into units per day - recent days count for more than old ones. Receives, adjustments, counts and transfers are all excluded, because none of them is demand.

It adjusts for season and trend

A learned monthly profile scales the rate for the month you are actually in - 4/20, the holidays, harvest. A 14-day-against-30-day comparison shows which way it is moving. An item with too little history falls back to a windowed average instead of a confident zero.

It gives you the date that matters

On hand divided by the rate is your runway. Take off lead time, shipping and your safety days and you have the last day an order can be placed and still arrive before the shelf is empty - with a suggested quantity rounded up to whole cases.

Then you change any of it

The smoothing constant is a platform setting. Lead, shipping, safety and coverage days are per item. A fixed reorder point overrides the derived one. And a pinned daily rate holds per item and per location - the nightly recompute is written never to overwrite it.

  • Smoothing constant
  • Lead days
  • Shipping days
  • Safety days
  • Coverage days
  • Fixed reorder point
  • Pinned daily rate
  • Per-location rates

Every number on the forecasting page is arithmetic you can follow rather than a score out of a black box. That is deliberate: a suggestion you cannot argue with is a suggestion you will not trust, and an untrusted suggestion gets ignored until the shelf is empty.

What the platform itself costs

The goods you order are invoiced by the supplier who ships them. This is the other number: what the software costs to run your operation on.

It comes with the account

There is no separate bill for the platform right now: the account you order through is the account that runs your inventory, your purchasing and your compliance, and every feature is on. If your operation needs something bespoke, tell us what it looks like.

Questions we get asked

The eight that come up before somebody places a first order. If yours is not here, the form below reaches a person.

Do I need an account to see prices?

No. The public catalog carries a "from" price on everything we have made public, and you can browse all of it without signing in. A free account is what unlocks the rest: every factory offer behind a product, its minimums, its lead and shipping days, the volume breaks, and any pricing agreed specifically with you.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no platform minimum. Minimums come from the factory that makes the product, are shown on the product page beside the offer they belong to, and the price per unit usually drops at the volume breaks above them - so you can see what ordering more would actually save before deciding.

Can I get a sample before I commit?

Yes. Open the product with a free account and request one from the product page, then follow its status from the same place. For a large or customised run it is the sensible first step, and the one we would rather you took than guessing.

How fast can I get it?

Ask and we will tell you, on any product - and where we publish typical lead times you will see production plus transit added together on the page itself, so you are comparing arrival dates rather than promises. A product flagged Shipped from USA ships to you from a domestic warehouse - either at the offer itself or at one of its volume breaks - which is usually the fastest thing on the page. It is a statement about where the goods ship from, not a claim about where they were manufactured.

Can you put my branding on it?

On anything marked brandable, yes. Send the artwork and we will come back with a proof, the minimum for a branded run, and what it costs. Custom work is where the factory relationships earn their keep, so it is worth asking even when the catalog does not show quite what you have in mind.

What happens with the compliance paperwork?

Certificates and test reports are attached to the products they cover and travel with your order as a single packet, so you are not chasing a PDF the week somebody asks for it. State packaging rules are versioned too: when one changes for a state you sell into, you get an alert rather than a rejected shipment.

Do I have to use the inventory software?

No. You can order and never open it - nothing about buying depends on it. If you do want it, items, stock, usage history and POS sales come in by CSV, CRM companies, contacts and deals import from a HubSpot or Salesforce export, and there is a REST API with webhooks for everything else.

What if an order arrives wrong?

Start a return on the order. What comes back is restocked, a credit memo is raised against the invoice, and the problem counts against that supplier's score - so a factory having a pattern rather than a bad week shows up as one, to us as much as to you.
